48 minutes and 51 seconds.....my hopes are dashed as a lady picks up, I tell her I need to set up the water in my name....and she puts me back on hold.
1 hour 1 minute and 06 seconds.....I think she dumped me. She has still not returned to the line...but hey, no problem because "they appreciate my patience".
