Hooters for Neuters

Frustrated with one of my classes, I took a break and logged on to check my e-mail and browse the internet for a bit. I stumbled across one of the funniest msn articles that I have read yet. Apparently, the city of L.A. is having some controversy over a "Hooters for Neuters" bikini contest that was supposed to raise money for the city's animal services. And who says only their wings are good? Obviously, they have hearts of gold.
